A New Me
I’ve been standing in my kitchen prepping a soup for a ten day diet that I am about to start, and I thought I would document my daily progress for all of you to see. Losing weight is SUPER frustrating. It can be discouraging. But, I want it to be inspiring and FUN! A few years ago, I used Young Living Supplements, exercise, and a clean eating plan to lose weight. It worked. Then I got lazy and I gained my weight back AND SOME. So, here we are. I start *fo real* tomorrow. Tonight, I will eat soup and pretend it is day Day 1. I guess technically I will have 1.5 days on the 1st day, just so you know how I am starting. Oh, and I am in a competition with my husband about who can lose the most in 10 days. It’s on like Donkey Kong. 🙂

I am 36. I am 5’9. I weigh 175. Images are unedited.
Please for the love of all things good, don’t laugh at me! LOL! I know I have a long way to go, but I am willing to put myself in a vulnerable position so that 1. It will give me accountability. And 2. It will hopefully encourage someone to find their own healthy weight journey.
Here is my plan:
1. Follow the Soup Diet plan daily and take Young Living Supplements
2. T-Tapp for 15 minutes a day
3. Jog 3 times a week (I was already committed to a running group before I started this diet, but it coincides perfectly).
4. Weigh Daily
I have not taken body measurements, but I can do that if anyone would like to know specifics of where I am starting. I only have 3 more words to say. Bring. It. On.
