Day 3: Fruit, Veggies and Soup

Today I felt pretty good. I was able to eat as much fruit, veggies and soup as I wanted, minus potatoes.

I only lost 1 lb and I attribute that to the starch intake. We shall see what tomorrow holds. I am optimistic that I will have lost 10 lbs by the time this diet is finished.
