Listen up, folks! I was introduced to T-Tapp several years ago. I did the workouts, I lost a bunch of inches. Then, life happened and I gained a BUNCH of weight back. I am still a work in progress 🙂 and I have modified the way I eat and I’ve started back with T-Tapp.
What IS T-Tapp? In a nutshell, it is simple, standing movements that engage multiple muscle groups simultaneously. You will improve your posture, flush your lymph system, and whittle your middle! I have been using it again for the last week and can already tell a difference in how my clothing fits.
