Here it is day 4 and I have been enjoying my soup and milk and bananas today. That is until this evening. I fell off the wagon, HARD.
I ran today.
I followed the diet today.
And I ate pizza today.
Yeah. There’s that. 😁
So for the sake of keeping it real with you, I had to share.
Weight lost today: 1 lb (which I will probably gain back tomorrow!)
Total Weight Lost: 6 lbs
